Collection at Marrakech-Menara airport

We have no branch in Marrakech: the car comes from Casablanca and is handed to you at the airport. You book the model and dates, we confirm the handover time based on your flight, and you check the car with our team before driving off. Returns take place during the branch's opening hours, so tell us your return plans when you book.

Where to drive from Marrakech

The medina is best seen on foot. The car is for everything around it:

  • The Palmeraie, north of the city, with its hotels and tracks among the palm trees.
  • The Agafay desert, a stony plateau dotted with camps.
  • The Ourika valley, a gateway to the Atlas with villages and waterfalls.
  • Essaouira, a walled port on the Atlantic, for a day or a night by the ocean.

Which car for Marrakech

For the Atlas, Ourika or the road south over the Tizi n'Tichka pass, pick a tall, comfortable SUV: the Range Rover Sport, Audi Q8 or Maserati Levante handle the bends and swallow a family's luggage. For getting between the Palmeraie, Hivernage and restaurants, the Porsche Macan, Maserati Grecale or Range Rover Evoque are easier to park. Two people sticking mostly to tarmac will be well served by the Mercedes CLA 220.

Every one of these models is automatic and seats five.

Planning your stay in Marrakech

A week in Marrakech is often split between the city and one or two excursions. With unlimited mileage, nothing stops you from heading to Essaouira and coming back through Ourika. Rentals start at 3 days; from 7 days, several models drop to a lower daily rate, which matters for a longer loop south. Have the 30,000 MAD deposit ready at collection. If your riad is inside the medina, ask them where to leave the car overnight: the alleys were not built for an SUV.
