When booking a luxury car, you think first about the model, the colour and the comfort. Fuel often comes last. Yet knowing whether your car runs on petrol or diesel saves you a mistake at the pump and helps you pick the vehicle best suited to your plans. Here is the exact breakdown of our fleet.

Our diesel cars

Most of our models run on diesel:

  • Land Rover Range Rover Sport, from 2000 MAD/day;
  • Land Rover Range Rover Sport Autobiography, from 2500 MAD/day;
  • Audi Q8, from 2100 MAD/day;
  • Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, from 1300 MAD/day;
  • Land Rover Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic, from 1200 MAD/day;
  • BMW 5 Series M Sport, from 1500 MAD/day;
  • Mercedes CLA 220 Pack AMG, from 1350 MAD/day, based in Al Hoceima;
  • Mercedes CLA 220, from 1000 MAD/day.

Diesel is generally favoured for long distances: strong torque at low revs and a comfortable range between fill-ups. If your trip links several major cities by motorway, it is often the most relaxed choice.

Our petrol cars

Three SUVs in the fleet run on petrol:

  • Maserati Grecale, from 1800 MAD/day;
  • Maserati Levante, from 1500 MAD/day with long-term rates (from 30 days);
  • Porsche Macan, from 1400 MAD/day with long-term rates (from 30 days).

The petrol engines of these sporty SUVs favour responsiveness and character. They suit stays centred on one city and its surroundings, or drivers who are after driving pleasure above all.

How to choose

Ask yourself three questions. How many kilometres do you plan to cover? Mileage is unlimited on all our cars, but a long circuit benefits from the efficiency of a diesel. What experience do you want? A Maserati or a Porsche feels different from a large diesel SUV such as the Range Rover Sport. Finally, how long are you renting for? Several models have decreasing rates, and the minimum rental is 3 days (5 days for the Mercedes CLA 220 Pack AMG).

At the pump

The fuel type is shown on each car’s page on loccor.com. Before leaving the station, simply check that the nozzle matches. If in doubt, contact us and we will confirm the fuel for the model you booked. All our cars have an automatic gearbox, which makes driving easy whatever the engine.
